TEACHERS’ WEEK 2013
The St. Lucia Teachers’ Union (SLTU) celebrated Teachers’ Week 2013 under the theme: “Quality Education for Global Citizenship”. Activities for the week were as follows:

| Saturday 5th October | Retirees Function |
| Sunday 6th October | Teachers’ Rally at Spinners |
The SLTU congratulates the Southern Zone for winning the SLTU football competition 2013. A special thanks to the speakers at the Ecumenical Service, the presenters at the education conference and the Guest Speaker at the Teachers’ Rally Mr. Oswald Robinson (President of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers’ Union). The SLTU also thanks our sister units and partner organizations who sent solidarity messages to our members. To the Management of the St. Lucia Teachers’ Credit Union, Guinness, Consolidated Foods Limited and LIAT we extend our appreciation for your support.
The SLTU applauds teachers for making Teachers’ Week 2013 a success. We also thank all teachers for their hard work and dedicated service to the children of St. Lucia. May God bless you all!!
